Procurement Knowledge Hour: Changes to the Construction Contracts Act
Public service members are invited to take part in Procurement Knowledge Hour: Changes to the Construction Contracts Act, to learn more about the amendments to this Act, which came into effect from 5 October.
Presenters will explain the new requirements for withholding retention money laid out in a construction contract, which now includes reporting requirements.
