The Court Martial of New Zealand will sit on 31 January at Trentham Military Camp’s Messines Defence Centre.
A Leading Aircraftman is facing charges of consuming and offering to supply a Class B drug and a charge of indecent assault. These charges were first heard on 3 May 2021 and a new trial was ordered by the Court Martial Appeal Court of New Zealand in August 2021.
No further information, including names of the defendant or witnesses, will be provided before the Court Martial.
