Kanoa Lloyd joins Infrastructure New Zealand

Infrastructure New Zealand has announced the appointment of Kanoa Lloyd as its new Strategy and Engagement Manager.

In her new role, Ms Lloyd (pictured) will lead engagement with members, stakeholders, and government, supporting Infrastructure New Zealand’s mission to advocate for a more strategic, long-term approach to infrastructure investment, said Chief Executive, Nick Leggett.

Mr Leggett said the new appointment reflects the organisation’s focus on strengthening its voice and impact.

“Kanoa is an experienced communicator and relationship builder. Her understanding of how to engage effectively with both decision-makers and the public will be a real asset as we continue to promote better infrastructure outcomes for New Zealand,” he said.

Ms Lloyd said she was excited to join Infrastructure New Zealand at a critical time for the sector.

“Infrastructure is all about connecting people and it plays such a fundamental role in shaping New Zealand’s future. This is an interesting time, coming into the Budget and it being an Election Year,” she said.

“I’m so looking forward to connecting with members and hearing what they think about getting the country moving.”

Ms Lloyd joins Infrastructure New Zealand from today.
