Foreign Minister Winston Peters has announced three new diplomatic appointments.
Charlotte Frater has been named as New Zealand’s new Ambassador to the Netherlands, replacing Susannah Gordon who has served in the role since early 2022.
Former Deputy High Commissioner to Singapore, Peter Kemp (pictured, right), has been appointed High Commissioner to Vanuatu. Mr Kemp will replace current Head of Mission, Nicci Simmonds.
Former Deputy High Commissioner to Samoa, Stuart Horne (pictured, left) will replace Mike Ketchen as Consul-General in Honolulu.
