Foreign Minister Winston Peters has today announced three new diplomatic appointments.
Joanna Kempkers (pictured) has been appointed New Zealand’s next Ambassador to France. She will replace Caroline Bilkey who took up the role of New Zealand Ambassador to France and Permanent Representative to the OECD in April 2022.
Greg Andrews has been named as New Zealand’s new High Commissioner to Fiji. He will replace current High Commissioner, Charlotte Darlow.
Angela Hassan-Sharp has been appointed as Ambassador to Ireland, replacing Trevor Mallard, who has served in the role since 2023.
